Job description

Hiring company is looking for temporary IT set-up assistants to support their annual general meetings.

- Support technical aspects and maintain equipment sufficiency for Virtual and Physical AGMs and events

- Set up and clear venues to support back-to-back meetings and events.

- Packing / Unpacking equipment for meeting sessions.

- Ensure network and system availability, smooth audio and video connectivity throughout the meetings.

- Coordinate client requirements for meetings.

Requirements

- O level and above

- Good Microsoft Product knowledge: Windows 10 Operating System and Office 365 or Office 2019.

- Good knowledge to setup Local Area Network and structured cabling

Additional information

- Work from home schedule and only to report to office during meetings/events, and whenever necessary.

- Training will be provided

- Singaporeans only
