Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Inside Sales Representative to join the remote sales team of a leading IT Solutions Provider. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT sales, with expertise in quoting tech products such as networking, collaboration, data center, cybersecurity, managed services, and hardware. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with U.S.-based customers to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quote Creation:
– Develop and generate accurate quotes for Cisco products and services based on customer requirements and specifications.
– Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
– Ensure timely delivery of quotes and follow up with customers as needed.
Sales Support:
– Assist the sales team in managing and tracking sales leads, opportunities, and pipelines.
– Provide product information, pricing details, and technical support to sales representatives and customers.
– Coordinate with Cisco and other vendors to obtain product information, availability, and pricing.
Customer Interaction:
– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
– Address customer concerns and provide solutions to ensure satisfaction and support the sales process.
Administrative Duties:
– Maintain accurate records of quotes, orders, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
– Prepare reports on sales activities, quote status, and customer feedback.
– Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as order processing and documentation.
Collaboration:
– Work closely with other departments (e.g., procurement, finance, technical support) to ensure smooth sales operations.
– Participate in regular meetings with the sales team and management to discuss performance, challenges, and opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Inside Sales Representative or similar sales role within the IT industry.
- Strong knowledge of tech products including networking, collaboration, data center, cybersecurity, managed services, and hardware.
- Demonstrated ability to quote and sell IT solutions to U.S.-based customers.
- Excellent English proficiency, both written and verbal.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
