  • Provide indepth product knowledge and consulting to help clients optimize their use of technology.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while guiding clients through complex scenarios.
  • Document client interactions and solution implementation processes accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to enhance technology offerings and support services.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product enhancements and industry trends.
  • Actively collect feedback from clients to identify areas for service improvement and innovation.
