  • Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to products and services in an efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and technical issues in the CRM system.
  • Engage in continuous training to stay updated on products and improve customer support capabilities.
  • Provide suggestions for enhancing support processes and overall customer experience.
  • Support and mentor new team members during their onboarding process.
    • Requirements

      • Fluency in Icelandic and English, both written and spoken.
      • Strong technical skills and aptitude for problemsolving.
      • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
      • Previous experience in technical support or IT is advantageous but not required.
      • Quick learner with a proactive attitude towards new technologies and processes.
      • Teamoriented mindset with a genuine enthusiasm for helping others.
      • Willingness to relocate to Greece and immerse yourself in a new culture.
