Role Overview

As a Helpdesk Agent, you will be the goto support for Italianspeaking customers, assisting them with their inquiries and technical challenges. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional support to Italianspeaking customers through phone, email, and chat.

  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system accurately.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to escalate and resolve complex issues as needed.
  • Engage in ongoing training to keep updated with the latest products and services.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding customer experiences and suggestions for improvement.
