Oracle’s Construction & Engineering GBU product development organization builds and supports the best cloud solutions available for the construction industry. The Textura Payment Management (TPM) application provides a collaborative solution for managing construction invoicing and payment processes. TPM facilitates billions of dollars of B2B payments every month. We simplify the complex realities of construction finance.
We are seeking a Senior Implementation Engineer for TPM Integration. Our organization owns the mission critical systems that connect hundreds of customers to the TPM cloud application. You will join a fast-paced, high-profile software implementation team. You will work with clients and our engineering teams to integrate TPM with clients’ ERP systems. This position requires strong leadership, project management, communication and analytical skills. Additionally, you will participate in defining business requirements and future product enhancements.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Implement client integration using the TexturaLink platform
- Deliver complex projects while managing client relationship and ensuring client satisfaction
- Provide direction and knowledge in applying technology to solve client business needs
- Facilitate client product understanding through presentations and demonstrations
- Provide technical sales support for new prospects
- Troubleshoot critical integration issues and propose solutions
- Gather requirements for new features and document existing system requirements
- Collaborate with other TPM engineering team
Qualification & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects on tight timelines
- Experience working with web services or B2B integration
- Experience with ERP or accounting systems is highly preferred
- Experience in the construction industry is highly preferred
- Basic programming knowledge (SQL, Python, Java, etc.)
- Experience working in both Windows and Unix/Linux environments
- Ability to translate customer requirements and features into design specifications
- Excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear, concise manner

US: Hiring Range: from $76,600 - $158,200 per year. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
