Job Summary:

We’re launching a new SEO & Large Language Model Optimization (LLMO) division, and we’re looking for a handson leader to build it from the ground up. As the first hire in this division, you will be responsible for defining the service offering, pitching it to clients, and delivering results yourself.

This is a unique opportunity for someone entrepreneurial who can both sell and do the work. From developing AIdriven SEO strategies to implementing optimizations and demonstrating measurable impact. As demand grows, you’ll play a key role in shaping and scaling this new service line.

Responsibilities:

  • Service Development: Design our SEO & LLMO service offering, identifying how AI can enhance SEO, content, and digital strategies.
  • Strategy & Execution: Deliver SEO and LLMO projects handson, including keyword research, technical SEO, AIpowered content workflows, prompt optimization, and performance tracking.
  • Client Engagement: Act as the division’s first point of contact for clients, pitching services, presenting strategies, managing expectations, and providing strategic guidance.
  • Collaboration: Work with internal teams, including Marketing and Data & Analytics, to build tools, workflows, and processes (no deep coding required) that deliver measurable results.
  • Performance Tracking: Measure and report results, tying optimizations directly to traffic, rankings, engagement, and ROI.
  • DataDriven Insights: Leverage analytics to optimize performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous innovation in LLMO strategies.
  • Market & Trend Research: Stay uptodate with industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging AI technologies to inform both client strategies and the division’s roadmap.
  • Team Leadership: As the division scales, help build and lead a dedicated team.
    • Requirements:

      • 810 years of experience in SEO (agency experience preferred), with a track record of driving measurable results.
      • Interest in and working knowledge of AILLM applications (prompt engineering, AIassisted content, AIautomation).
      • Deep understanding of the SEO concepts, including technical SEO, content optimisation, backlinking, research, measurement and market trends.
      • Familiarity with APIs, NLP (Natural Language Processing) concepts and AI automation tools. Coding experience is a plus but not required.
      • Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog.
      • Ability to both sell and deliver, confident in clientfacing roles while being handson in execution.
      • Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable to build a new revenue stream from scratch.
      • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
      • Exceptional communication skills, able to present datadriven recommendations to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
      • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising efforts that align with business goals.
      • Proactive, selfmotivated, and able to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
      • Comfortable working within a global organization.
