Lead UI Designer

We’re currently looking for a talented Designer to join us and support us in UI and Motion Design.

intent has over 10+ years of experience in helping to conceptualize, design, and build apps for IoT and connected devices. We operate in an agency mode, supporting international clients creating IoT apps. Our work bridges physical hardware and digital applications. Some of our recent projects include apps for:

• a manicure machine,

• brainwavemonitoring headphones designed to track and improve focus levels,

• a smart ring that helps women monitor their health and wellbeing,

• leading audio equipment brand that needed help in complex app rebranding.

• 
  Project teams are interdisciplinary, comprising project managers, designers, developers, and QAs. Projects typically run from 3 to 9 months, focusing mostly on MVPs and app redesigns

  
  

  📋 What you’ll do?

  
  

  • Be a key member of the project team, taking ownership of the applications aesthetic and visual aspects.

  • Develop visual guidelines based on the client’s branding or from scratch during artdirection workshops.

  • Ensure Figma serves as a clear and comprehensive design documentation for both the team and the client.

  • Work closely with developers to ensure your designs are technically feasible and that the implementation aligns with your vision.

  • Collaborate with UX designers to review wireframes, challenge ideas, and provide your perspective.

  • Lead client presentations to showcase your designs and ensure the client embraces your vision.

  • Support the sales team and Team Leader in creating design effort estimates.

  • Contribute to developing internal best practices and processes to improve project workflows.

    Youll be working daytoday with an interdisciplinary project team, but that doesnt mean youll be isolated from other designers at our company. The design team is a group of talented individuals who regularly come together to share lessons learned from projects, and the latest trends in design, and enjoy some laughs and conversation. Its a supportive environment—a true safe zone for its members.

    • Filip – UI Designer: A Figma and Design Systems master, transforming gray UX wireframes into visually appealing, highfidelity mockups.

    • Miłka—Design Team Leader, UX Designer & Researcher: focuses on the teams development, manages workload, and skillfully balances expectations between the team and the company
