Role overview


The IT Director will report to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and collaborate closely with executive leadership. This role combines IT management and product management responsibilities, driving technological innovation while ensuring our marketing platform meets client needs and business objectives. As IT Director, you will oversee crossfunctional technical teams, guide product roadmaps, and implement forwardthinking IT strategies that align with our companys growth trajectory.


Responsibilities


Management and collaboration

  • Recruit, lead and mentor technical teams including frontend, backend, QA, and DevOps engineers, providing relevant constructive feedback
  • Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, technical excellence, and accountability
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to define company vision and strategic direction, and align priorities
  • Communicate closely with all departments, translating technical concepts into strategic business terms and product features.
  • Drive datainformed decision making across technology and product initiatives, provide clear and regular updates to all stakeholders.

      • Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with company objectives and industry trends
      • Drive product roadmap planning and execution in collaboration with business stakeholders
      • Oversee the software development lifecycle, ensuring quality, scalability, and performance
      • Implement agile methodologies to ensure timely delivery of highquality features that meet customer needs
      • Ensure security, compliance, and risk management across all IT systems

          • Implement robust technology infrastructure to support our marketing platform and internal operations
          • Develop and implement AI initiatives to enhance our marketing solutions and operational efficiency
          • Establish technical standards, best practices, and development methodologies

            • Requirements

              Key requirements

              • 5+ years of experience in IT leadership roles, with a blend of technical and product management expertise
              • 3+ years of experience managing crossfunctional teams and leading technical departments
              • Solid experience and expertise in PHP development, contributing to scalable solutions.
              • Strong experience working with SQL, including PostgreSQL, for designing and overseeing solutions.
              • Strong understanding of software development, system architecture, and IT infrastructure
              • Experience developing product roadmaps and guiding product development cycles
              • Proven track record of successfully implementing technology strategies that drive business outcomes
              • Strong business communication skills for effective collaboration with nontechnical departments
              • Experience with agile methodologies and modern software development practices

                  • Experienced in collaborating with remote teams across different cultures and time zones.
