A person who can lead the team with passion and core values.

Roles And Responsibilities:

• You need to design some talent acquisition strategies and improve some career development plans.
• • Maintain some safety guards and employer branding.
  • • Set up all the HR procedures.
    • • Manage all the HR policies and advocate the people and the values.
      • • Manage some performance reviews as well.
        • • Develop some programs and initiate learning.

          • Qualifications

            • Must have excellent leadership abilities and problem solving skills.
            • • Experience in HR operations and implement HR technology solutions.
              • • A very good work experience in managing HR resources, strategic planning.
                • • Experience in analytics, statistics and specifically reporting on HR facilities.
                  • • Deep knowledge of most of the HR functions like management or building strong management brand.

                      Salary: 4.80,000 per annum

                      Experience: Minimum 2 years
