    • About the Role

      As our HR Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in making sure recruiting, onboarding, and HR processes run smoothly. You’ll be the goto person for candidates and new hires, ensuring an excellent employee experience from day one. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their HR career who wants to grow in a global company.

      What You’ll Do

      • Manage job postings, screen applications, and coordinate interviews.
      • Support onboarding: offer letters, system setup, new hire checklists, and welcome communications.
      • Keep employee data accurate in our HR systems.
      • Track key HR milestones (contract renewals, PTO balances, anniversaries).
      • Be the first point of contact for HR questions, escalating more complex issues as needed.
      • Support engagement initiatives, training programs, and recognition efforts.
      • Help document and improve HR processes and SOPs
        • Qualifications

          What We’re Looking For

          • 2+ years of experience in HR coordination, recruiting support, or HR operations.
          • Familiarity with U.S. HR practices required; global exposure a plus.
          • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
          • Highly organized, detailoriented, and proactive.
          • Experience with HRIS or ATS tools preferred, but not required
            • Compensation & Benefits

              • $2,000 USDmonth (contractor role). Full Time 40 hoursweek
              • 100% remote role, aligned to Eastern Time Zone.
