Summary of Role

We’re seeking a freelance Meta App Campaign Specialist with deep expertise in app install campaigns on Meta (FacebookInstagram). This role will support our Operations team with auditing, coaching, and upskilling internal teams in best practices related to app download campaigns. You’ll play a key role in driving media excellence and ensuring our client campaigns are set up for longterm success.

    • Responsibilities

      • Audit existing Meta app install campaigns for accuracy, structure, and adherence to platform best practices
      • Provide detailed feedback and optimization recommendations across campaign setup, targeting, bidding, creative, and measurement
      • Work with the Operations team to develop internal best practice documentation
      • Host training sessions or coaching calls (1:1 or group) to educate internal team members on campaign setup and management
      • Stay up to date on Meta platform changes impacting app install strategies and share relevant updates internally
      • Provide input on process improvements and campaign QA checklists

        • Requirements

          • 3+ years of handson experience managing Meta app download campaigns, preferably at an agency or performancefocused environment
          • Deep knowledge of: Meta’s App Ads setup in Ads Manager, AEO (App Event Optimization) and VO (Value Optimization) strategies, SKAN (SKAdNetwork), MMP integrations, and measurement nuances, and Audience strategy, campaign structure, and creative testing for apps
          • Strong attention to detail in auditing campaign structure and data hygiene
          • Excellent communication and coaching skills
          • Proactive, collaborative mindset – comfortable working independently but integrating with a broader team

            • Location Information

              Remote applicants welcome! This role has the flexibility to be either fully remote or hybrid.

              Team members must live and work in the United States* (*territories excluded), and have access to reliable, highspeed internet.


              Compensation

              Hourly Rate: $100hr
