Join Patrique Mercier Recruitment ES as a French Speaking Marketplace Customer Representative! We are on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals who are fluent in French and possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service in an online marketplace environment.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our Frenchspeaking customers, assisting them with their inquiries, managing orders, and resolving any issues that may arise. Your commitment to promoting customer loyalty and enhancing the overall shopping experience will be pivotal to our success.


Your Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and professional support to Frenchspeaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, order processing, and returns or exchanges.
  • Record customer interactions and feedback to ensure highquality service.
  • Collaborate with team colleagues to enhance service processes and the customer experience.
  • Participate in training sessions to maintain knowledge of products and services.
    • Requirements

      • Fluency in French is required; knowledge of English is a plus.
      • Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. andor Cover Letter.
      • Prior experience in customer support or a related field is an advantage.
      • Excellent communication skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
      • Detailoriented and capable of multitasking in a fastpaced environment.
      • Able to work both independently and within a team setting.
