Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is thrilled to announce an opening for a Danish Speaking Marketplace Customer Representative. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our customers, and in this role, you will be a key player in supporting our Danishspeaking clientele as they engage with our marketplace services.


Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary contact for Danishspeaking customers, providing assistance via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Guide customers through the marketplace, addressing inquiries related to products, pricing, and order tracking.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure their resolution to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Document all customer interactions in our CRM system for accurate recordkeeping and followup.
  • Collaborate with other teams to communicate customer insights and enhance service quality.
  • Stay informed on marketplace updates, product offerings, and promotional campaigns to provide customers with accurate information.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions, contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment.
    • Requirements

      • Fluency in Danish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
      • Prior experience in customer service or related roles is preferred.
      • Excellent problemsolving skills focused on customer satisfaction.
      • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency with digital communication platforms.
      • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
      • A proactive and selfmotivated individual who can work independently as well as collaboratively.
