Educational Qualifications
Minimum graduation from any accredited university
Experience
Minimum 2.5 3 years of direct sales experience with a proven record of selling products or services. Experience in Fintech Sales, Technology Sales would be recommended (not mandatory).
Roles & Responsibilities
Reach out to the Leads created by you on a day to day basis directly (Face to Face) and convince the prospects to purchase the plans of the product
Generate leads through referrals or any other methods
Should understand the pain points of the users, empathize and explain how our product would be useful to them and convince them to buy
Identify, initiate and nurture relationships with potential future prospects that have been identified and build positive
relationships with them for future scope of sales.
Ensuring that the sales are made in compliance to set quality parameters and not giving false information and
commitment to users
Assisting new prospects on the queries, creating interests in our product offerings
Building a good professional relation with the existing users
to ensure they continue using our product on a long term basis,resulting in enhanced renewals
Keep yourself updated with the new feature release and any
changes on the product.
Other Requirements
Minimum 3.5 4 years of field sales experience
Should have his own vehicle (2 4 wheeler) with valid license
Should have completed graduation
Decent English , hindi or other regional language
Should be a go getter with a love for achieving targets
Should be friendly and at same time professional goal oriented person
Very energetic, quick thinker who is passionate about sales
