RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop a longterm partnership with clients to ensure they remain successful by realizing the full value of their training in our learning solutions.
• Deliver an exceptional Learning experience with proactive communication with Training Administrators, orchestrating the right internal resources, and effectively tracking and executing customer learning goals
• Responsible for maintaining a high level of client satisfaction by being a liaison between the customer and the Company and also the product development.
• Identity product expansionupsell opportunities and identify Renewal risk and work with extended internal teams to create and execute “get well” plans.
Recommended experience in Customer SuccessService roles or Cloud Sales and demonstrated ability to build successful customer relationships. You being a BDT, will be responsible for talking to customers interested in our services and onboarding them as paid members.
