Job description

LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES WHO ARE WILLING TO WORK FOR US SHIFT (5PM TO 2AM)

Role: Macros Specialist
Years of Experience: 3 to 5 years
Job Location: Chennai DLF IT Park
Mode of Work: Work from office.
Shift US Shift

Role and Responsibilities Must be able to coordinate with multiple owners and do requirements gathering
Must be able to understand the automation possible areas and nonpossible areas
Must be able to do detailed analysis on the IT requirements in the assigned process for automation purposes
Must be able to convert manual work through macros
Must be able to maintain the created bots in regular basis
Must be able to tracking the Precision and Recall of bots and proactively reaching out to the process owners for changes in the business rules
Development and Deployment of Bots. Must have developed large scale macros

Qualifications and Education Requirements UG Degree – BE , BSCComputer Science

Preferred Skills:Must be an expert in Macros
Must be an expert in requirements gathering
Must have worked in US healthcare background
Must have exceptional organizational and computer technical skills
Ability to respond to common inquiries or escalations quickly
Communication Skills (ExcellentGoodMedium)
Ability to organize, prioritize, and effectively work on multiple projects at one time
Ability to read and communicate effectively in English. Additional languages preferred
Ability to communicate in a professional manner
