1) User’s issues check and resolve on daily basis as per priority, also check the root cause of the error and provide permanent solution.
2) Find bugs in Navision ERP, if any bug found in ERP, make scenarios for particular bug and test the same in UAT, after testing move all codes in Live database.
3) New Requirement from department, check the feasibility and implement the same in UAT, after user’s approval, update the functionality in Live Data base.
4) New govt. rule or any new functionality or any update of NAV, check and discuss with department HOD then implement in UAT and test the same, after approval and user testing, move all related codes in Live database.
5) Consulting with business units to determine ERP requirements
6) Performing diagnostic tests and resolving issues
7) Installing and integrating ERP softwareapps
8) Providing training and support for endusers
9)Writing scripts
10)Designing userfriendly interfaces and functionalities
