Job Description

🙋 What is the role?

Your main role will be to assist clients in the implementation and customization of our ERP solutions, ensuring that their unique business needs are met. This will involve close collaboration with clients to gain an indepth understanding of their requirements, designing and delivering tailored solutions, and offering ongoing support and maintenance.

You will be responsible for understanding the clients unique business processes and requirements. You will develop strong working relationships with stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts, configure and customize solutions to meet clients needs, provide continuous support and maintenance, optimize and improve our ERP solutions, stay current on the latest ERP enhancements and upgrades.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Bachelors degree in engineering, manufacturing and distribution or any related fields
