Job Description

This position is a part of the Veolia Water Tech business level Quality, Environmental, Health, Safety and Security (QEHSS) staff focused on training activities. All responsibilities below are specific to the QEHSS department, but in partnership with a wide range of internal functional customers.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Lead and set priorities for a 35 person training team consisting of trainers, vendors and administrative professionals.
  • Provide leadership for global QEHSS learning strategy and digital transformation initiatives
  • Drive organizational change management through innovative learning solutions including virtual reality and emerging technologies
  • Lead strategic partnerships with Csuite stakeholders across HR, IT, and QEHSS
  • Oversee global training operations and a multidisciplinary team of professionals
  • Spearhead the implementation of nextgeneration Learning Management System
  • Conduct in person training globally for 68 weeks annually
  • This role requires 50% travel domestically across NAM and internationally
  • This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days in office and 2 days remote for employees living within 50 miles of our location.

      • Strategic planning and execution expertise
        • Desired Characteristics

          • PMP, Learning or Change management certification
          • Ability to work in a fast paced, multifunction, global environment
          • Demonstrated organizational, problemsolving, analytical and technical skills
          • Ability to work both independently and as a team member while keeping managementpeers apprised on a regular basis

              • Compensation The salary range is tied to the market for similarly benchmarked roles. The range is not an absolute, but a guide, and offers will be based on the individual candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and market conditions, as well as internal peer equity. Depending upon all the preceding considerations for the final selected individual candidate, the offer may be lower or higher than the stated range: $100,000 $120,000 annually or hourly. This role also includes a 10% annual incentive plan (AIP).
