About the Role

We’re looking for Dutchspeaking team members to join a major European ecommerce platform. Whether you’re already in Portugal or planning to relocate we’ll support you every step of the way. As a Customer Support Representative, you’ll assist customers with their online shopping experience. From resolving inquiries to providing guidance on orders, you’ll help create an effortless and enjoyable journey for every user. This fully remote role offers flexibility, growth opportunities, and the chance to be part of a dynamic, international environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist Dutchspeaking customers via phone, email and chat – in a helpful, friendly and professional way
• Answer questions about orders, deliveries, returns, payments and account settings
• Handle complaints with patience and care, always aiming for the best outcome
• Use internal tools to document interactions and follow up as needed
• Take part in a paid training so you’re fully prepared to succeed

What You Bring

• Fluent Dutch (spoken and written)
• Fluent English (at least B1) for internal communication
• Either already living in Portugal or ready to relocate (EU citizenship required)
• Open to working in shifts, including weekends
• A proactive, independent work style and strong communication skills
• A friendly, solutionoriented mindset you genuinely enjoy helping people
