About the Role:
We’re looking for a strategic marketer with a strong salesdriven mindset to lead and execute digital marketing initiatives focused on revenue growth. This role blends highlevel strategy with handson execution in email marketing, sales funnel creation, and content campaigns tailored to convert.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, and execute salesfocused marketing campaigns, including email drips, reminders, and lead nurturing strategies.
  • Create persuasive and conversiondriven content across channels (email, landing pages, ads, etc.).
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to align messaging and enhance funnel performance.
  • Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on data insights.
  • Leverage tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, and other CRMautomation platforms.

    • Requirements

      Requirements:

      • Proven experience in strategic marketing with a sales focus, particularly in the U.S. market.
      • Deep understanding of email marketing strategies, including AB testing, segmentation, and drip campaigns.
      • Strong copywriting skills for salesfocused messaging and content.
      • Fluent in English (C1C2 level) – professional grammar and tone are a must.
      • Experience working with KPIs like CTR, open rate, conversion rate, ROI.
        • Nice to Have:

          • Spanish language proficiency.
          • Familiarity with SEO for sales copy, content automation, and audience segmentation.
