Role and Responsibilities:As a Digital Advertising Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Google Shopping Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads. Your role will encompass the following key responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy and Planning:Collaborate with the marketing team to understand business goals, target audience, and campaign objectives.Develop comprehensive digital advertising strategies that align with overall marketing goals.Conduct indepth research to identify target keywords, audiences, and competitive landscape.
Campaign Execution and Management: Create and set up effective and engaging Google Ads, Google Shopping Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads campaigns. Write compelling ad copies and design visually appealing ad creatives. Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and pacing to ensure optimal delivery and performance.Implement AB testing strategies to continuously improve ad performance.
Optimization and Analysis:Regularly analyze campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Adjust campaign settings, targeting options, and ad creatives based on performance insights.Monitor key metrics such as clickthrough rates (CTR), conversion rates, return on ad spend (ROAS), and more.Provide actionable recommendations for campaign optimization and budget allocation.
Reporting and Communication:Generate insightful and datadriven reports to showcase campaign performance to internal stakeholders.Communicate campaign results, trends, and insights to the marketing team and management.Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of messaging and branding across campaigns.
Stay Current with Industry Trends:Stay uptodate with industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and algorithm updates.Suggest and implement innovative strategies to stay ahead in the digital advertising landscape.
Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.Proven experience (X years) in planning, executing, and optimizing Google Ads, Google Shopping Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads campaigns.Proficiency in using ad management platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Instagram Ads.Strong understanding of digital advertising metrics and analytics.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Creative thinking and the ability to adapt to changing marketing trends.Certifications in Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint are a plus.
Job Type: Fulltime
Salary: ₹25,000.00 ₹35,000.00 per month
