Requirements:

  • Set up new campaigns from scratch (structure, ad groups, targeting, ad copy) and conduct A/B testing and keyword research
  • Implement and troubleshoot tracking with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to ensure accurate attribution and reliable data flow
  • Deliver weekly performance reports with insights and actively communicate with internal teams to drive next steps

About the Role

We’re hiring a Google Ads Specialist to own, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns across multiple client accounts.

This is a hands-on execution role — not strategy-only.
You will be actively inside accounts daily, making optimizations, fixing tracking, and driving measurable results.

What You’ll Own

Campaign Management & Optimization (Daily Execution)

  • Manage campaigns in Google Ads (Search + Performance Max)
  • Optimize:
    • Bids
    • Budgets
    • Keywords
    • Targeting
  • Improve:
    • Lead quality
    • Conversion rates
    • ROI

Performance Tracking & Analytics

  • Monitor performance using:
    • Google Analytics
  • Analyze:
    • CPL (Cost per Lead)
    • Conversion rates
    • Campaign efficiency
  • Identify underperformance and take action immediately
  • Ensure clean attribution and accurate reporting

Campaign Setup & Testing

  • Build campaigns from scratch:
    • Structure
    • Ad groups
    • Targeting
    • Ad copy
  • Conduct:
    • A/B testing (ads, landing pages, targeting)
    • Keyword research
    • Competitor analysis

Tracking & Technical Setup (Critical)

  • Implement tracking via:
    • Google Tag Manager
    • Google Analytics
  • Troubleshoot:
    • Conversion tracking issues
    • Data inconsistencies
  • Ensure reliable data flow across systems

Reporting & Communication

  • Deliver weekly performance reports with insights
  • Share:
    • What’s working
    • What’s not
    • What’s next
  • Communicate clearly with internal teams
