Job description

Position Customer Care Executive Domestic Voice Process
Location Hi Tech City Road, Madhapur, Hyderabad
Salary upto 28k CTC
Experience Fresher & Experienced both
Education 12th Graduate
Language: English + Hindi both mandatory.

SHIFTS:
Female employees Day Shift (Rotational) &
Male employees 24*7 shift (Rotational)

KRA:
Solving patients query over the call.
Arrange appointment with the doctor.

IDEAL CANDIDATE :
Should be a 12th Graduate.
Should be fluent in English and Hindi (mandatory).
