  • Knowledge of risk assessment techniques and control assessment concepts.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Create and manage operational process documents and workflows.
  • Identify, assess, manage, and report operational risk events.
  • Handle internal audits and inspections.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management.

Job description

Job Title: Operational Risk Analyst
Location: Chennai
Notice Period: 30 to Max 45 Days
Total Experience: 57 Years
Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage Operational Process Documents and workflows
  • Identify, Assess, Manage and Report Operational Risk events in a consistent manner
  • Handle Internal AuditsInspections
  • Prepare presentation materials and present to Senior Management
    • Requirements:
      • Bachelor’sMaster’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field
      • 57 years of overall experience in Banking Domain, with working experience in Operational Risk Management required
      • Knowledge of Risk and Control Assessment Techniques and concepts
      • Experience in process Migration is an added advantage
      • Certification in Risk Management or process improvement techniques such as Lean Six Sigma or JAIIBCAIIB is a plus
      • Strong MS Office skills, particularly in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
        • Skills:
          • Good communication skills
          • Good analytical and problemsolving skills
          • Ability to work in a team and trainguide new staff
          • Structured and logical approach to working
          • Open to work in rotational shifts
