5 to 7 years of relevant experience in Oracle HCM functional consulting.
Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud/Fusion HCM modules such as Global Core HR, Absence Management, Recruitment, Help Desk, Workforce & Benefits.
Hands-on experience with Fusion Cloud Payroll, Integrations, HDL, and HCM extracts.
Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field is preferred.
Requirements:
Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementation and rollout projects.
Manage the overall solution from a Human Capital Management perspective for complex projects.
Provide client-facing leadership and deliver complex business solutions.
Perform in a dynamic environment, adapting to changing project needs.
