Effectively plan for the Project Requirement Gathering Sessions
Conducting detailed market research and competitive analysis to understand the client requirements
Coordinating and communicating with the client and the internal project team Developers, PM, QA’s, etc. on the business requirements to ensure smooth flow of the project
Requirements walkthrough to the team after the client approvals and ensuring all the clarity is attained throughout the project
Develop user stories functional specifications system design specifications for client engagements by understanding the customer requirements
Reports effectively to Project Manager on the status of discovery calls grooming sessions
Efficiently manages the Change Requests
Collaborating with prospective users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements
Defining the vision for the team’s product & creating a product road map based on this vision
Preparation of draftsrefinements of stories into tasks that the development team can execute
Managing the product backlog and prioritizing them based on changing requirements
Communicate effectively with team members to achieve project goals
Supervise and advise the scrum team to meet software expectations
Responsible for overseeing all stages of product creation, including design and development
Review the user stories and approve the business requirements
Participating in Scrum meetings and product grooming sessions
Create wireframes and get approvals on time, keep track of requirements and change requests
Candidate Profile
Indepth knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology
Working knowledge of product development architecture & discovery phase
Experience in JIRA is a must
Strong analytical for understanding the problem statement & work along the client to understand the requirements
Ensure effective prioritization of the backlogs during each sprint
Excellent knowledge of usercentered design principles, design thinking is appreciated
