Purpose :
Create the best first impression about Greenline by lively engagement with the franchisee to understand investment expections. Make the franchisee feel welcome and assured. Create the confidence to the franchise that their search for business investment ends with Greenline Pharmacy and Supermarket.
Goals & Deliverables:
Generate 68 quality prospects a day, schedule about 23 office visit per day with a pipeline 1 prospect per day within assigned territory.
Run minimum 1 campaign each day to reach out to existing leads in the assigned area to generate as many prospects.
Meet existing franchisee or investors in the area to make them happy and understand there needs.
Continuously improving the lead to prospect ratio, the prospect to visit ratio, prospect to decision ratio, the campaign success ratio and the overall revenue potential of the prospects on a month on month basis
Follow the systems and processes and utilize the CRM tools effectively to ensure 100% quality information is entered in the CRM for all the leads and prospects engagements
Role and Responsibility
Responsible for developing and identifying new franchise network across region.
Mapping of new Franchisees or Dealers through vendor networks and other sources.
Identifying new territories and markets.
Build healthcare network for retail store operation collaboration & association
New Store operation management and performance evaluation
Prepare reports and help senior management in planning and forecasting trades and Markets.
The candidate shall be required to deal.
Attend expos and exhibitions on behalf of the company also approach to take part in expo.
The candidate should be self motivated and creative in developing new markets.
Sourcing and recruiting new franchises.
Communicating various customer to Franchise for enhancing performance.
Building Brand value of organization.
Experience in making Franchise for the company will be preferred in retail sector.
Should be able to make marketing Plan.
Should be able to plan, manage, and organize events or expo for franchisee.
Should be able to sell and create market for chain stores.
Should be able to identifyapprove proper location for store.
Should be able to do marketing through various media and channel plans.
Should have knowledge about market and should be able to identify needs and demands of the clients.
