Our client in the global professional services industry is seeking a detailoriented Junior Business Analyst to join their team on a 6month contract. The role will primarily support a programme of work related to the domicile change for a European entity, with a strong focus on administrative and coordination tasks to ensure smooth execution. This is a fully remote position, requiring excellent organisational skills, proactive communication, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.

What you will do:

Outreach Execution

  • Send emails to relevant stakeholders and manage outreach schedules.
  • Coordinate followup calls with SMEs across Legal, Operations, Technology, Compliance, and Business Continuity teams.
  • Share business objectives and potential impacts with data providers.
    • Information Management

      • Gather and distribute programmespecific requirements and documentation to data providers.
      • Ensure accurate and timely communication of changes.
        • FAQ Management

          • Maintain a centralised log of all FMIrelated questions and responses.
          • Share relevant information with data providers as appropriate.
            • Support & Logistics

              • Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and supporting documents.
              • Take accurate minutes during meetings and distribute them promptly.
              • Track all interactions and updates centrally to ensure visibility and accountability.
                • Qualifications
                  • Previous experience in a Business Analyst, Project Support, or Administrative role (preferably within a financial or consulting environment).
                  • Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise across multiple teams and stakeholders.
                  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with attention to detail.
                  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, etc.).
                  • Ability to manage and track multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
