As a Customer Insights Specialist, you will support the Senior Manager Customer Advocacy by facilitating the analysis, synthesis, and distribution of actionable insights. This role ensures insights are aligned with business objectives, democratised across teams, and continuously improved through feedback loops, enabling datadriven decisionmaking across the organization.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:
Collaborate with the Senior Manager to define clear objectives for customer requests.
Establish structured problem statements to ensure insights analysis aligns with business needs.
Support to determine whether inquiries should be addressed by the Customer Insights or Category Insights teams.
Analyse and triangulate data from various sources, including quantitative and qualitative insights.
Synthesise data into actionable outcomes, forming a single source of truth to inform business decisions.
Leverage data visualisation tools to present insights in a clear and impactful manner.
Work closely with the Senior Manager to circulate synthesised insights across functions.
Ensure that insights are accessible and utilised by different teams to enable datadriven decisionmaking.
Assist in preparing comprehensive reports that translate complex data into understandable and actionable insights for stakeholders.
Assist in implementing feedback mechanisms postdelivery of insights to evaluate the effectiveness and usability of the analysis.
Assist in refining briefs that guide the Customer Analysis squad in addressing business needs through customer insights analysis.

Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, synthesis, and visualisation.
Proficiency in data visualisation tools
Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to define clear, structured problem statements.
Familiarity with customer and category insights methodologies.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fastpaced environment.
