We are recruiting for 2 Data Interrogation Team Members on apermanentbasis and also a temporary basis. Reporting to the Data Interrogation Team Leader, you’ll be responsible fortheday to dayinvestigation of accounts within our void and debt recovery processes, ensuring that accurate data is held, to aid theprocess of collecting revenue from the correct people. You’ll remain compliantwith company procedures and standards, and all regulatory requirements.
This role will require investigation of data through varied technologies to trace customers and update SAP to reflect these changes.
Within this exciting role you’ll use appropriate tools to trace customers and contact methods available to boost contact, whilst using Lean approaches to continually improve and streamline working methods. You’ll complete data entry and make decisions on appropriate action to take onaccountsbased on evidence found.
