Your Responsibilities

  • Document customer interactions and technical resolutions accurately.
  • Collaborate with the tech support team to improve service quality and efficiency.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on the latest technology and product advancements.
    • Requirements

      • Fluency in Nordic languages (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish) is required.
