Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional technical support to Slovakianspeaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with engineering and development teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical problems in the CRM system.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance your product knowledge and support skills.
  • Gather customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements in support processes.
  • Assist in mentoring and onboarding new team members as required.
    • Requirements

      • Fluency in Slovak and English, both written and spoken.
      • Strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot effectively.
      • Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
      • Prior experience in technical support or IT is preferred but not mandatory.
      • Ability to learn new technologies and processes quickly.
      • A team player with a passion for helping others.
      • Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new cultural environment.
