Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is looking for a Norwegian Speaking Streaming Platform Support Representative to join our dedicated support team. In this role, you will be instrumental in assisting Norwegianspeaking users with their inquiries and ensuring they have a seamless experience while using our streaming platform. Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support to Norwegianspeaking users through email, live chat, and phone, addressing inquiries related to the streaming service.
  • Troubleshoot a variety of technical issues regarding account setup, streaming performance, and content availability.
  • Guide users on platform features and functionalities, enhancing their overall streaming experience.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to communicate user feedback and suggest potential enhancements to the service.
  • Stay informed about updates to the streaming platform and industry trends to provide informed support.
  • Conduct followups to ensure user satisfaction and resolve any remaining concerns.
    • Requirements

      • Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
      • Previous experience in customer support or technical assistance, particularly in the streaming or entertainment sector.
      • Understanding of streaming technologies and user interaction patterns.
      • Strong analytical skills and effective problemsolving abilities.
      • Exceptional communication skills focused on delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
      • Knowledge of CRM systems or support ticketing tools is preferred.
      • Ability to work independently in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
