Job description

Our organization is currently seeking a Phone Sales Representative to work from home. We are looking for skilled and motivated individuals who have a desire to provide superior services and who want to grow their career with us.

Your Role:

As a phone sales representative your job function will be to contact and onboard new accounts. You primary responsibility will be to conduct a brief qualifying phone interview and enrollsell new professional using a soft, scripted, onecall close method. As a phone sales representative day you’ll have the privilege with speaking with hard working and committed professional women from all around the word. The majority of your day will be spent on the phone speaking with prospects.

Job Functions:
  • Following up with applicants by phone – no manual dialing as the platform handles this for you.
  • Conducting a quick qualifying phone interview with each prospect to gather information and build their profile.
  • Reviewing program pricing and benefits after the interview.
  • Closing applicants on selecting and purchasing a program.
    • Additional Details:
      • This role does not require any cold calling. Each applicant you speak with has submitted a detailed online application and expressed a high level of interest in joining the organization.
      • The primary KPI to determine success is the number of new clients enrolled on a weekly basis.
      • Unlike other salesfocused roles, this position does not involve hard selling and is very lowpressure, with a strong emphasis on client experience.
