We’re on the hunt for a bold, results-driven Remote Sales Development Representative (SDR) who’s fluent in English and thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. You’ll play a key role in driving growth for some of the most respected names in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services by qualifying leads and setting sales appointments with homeowners and business owners across the U.S.

Make outbound calls, send texts, and follow up via email using CRMs and other sales tools
Qualify leads and book appointments based on specific criteria provided by the client
Respond to inbound inquiries with professionalism and urgency
Educate prospects about the services offered and confidently handle objections
Log all activity and update records accurately in CRM systems
Work closely with your assigned client’s team to improve messaging and lead quality
Meet and exceed KPIs for calls made, leads qualified, and appointments booked
