Role Summary
We’re looking for an experienced Director of Talent Acquisition to lead, optimize, and scale our recruiting operations. This role is perfect for a leader with a strong background in staffing, recruiting, or BPO who thrives in building systems, leading teams, and delivering consistent, high-quality hires. You’ll play a pivotal role in translating client needs into job descriptions, building talent pipelines, and ensuring that every placement is a perfect match.

Location Requirement:

  • This position is only open to candidates currently residing in the Philippines.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and scale LAdmins’ recruitment strategy across a variety of roles — from administrative and finance to technical and specialized positions.
  • Build, manage, and mentor a growing team of recruiters to deliver consistent, high-quality results.
  • Translate client hiring needs into comprehensive job descriptions and targeted search strategies.
  • Design and optimize recruiting processes for efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
  • Implement and leverage emerging technologies to streamline workflows and enhance candidate experiences.
  • Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure recruiting strategies align with business needs.
  • Track and report on recruiting metrics, using data to inform strategy and decision-making.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of progressive recruiting experience, including leadership roles.
  • Previous experience in a recruiting or staffing agency or BPO is required.
  • Strong preference for experience hiring in finance and accounting roles.
  • Proven track record of building or optimizing recruiting processes and systems.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convert client needs into actionable hiring strategies.
  • Demonstrated success in high-volume and specialist recruiting.
  • Experience implementing or adopting new technologies to improve workflow efficiency.
