Develop and execute the overall production strategy for the companys portfolio of largescale multiplayer games.
Lead and manage a team of producers, project managers, and coordinators, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
Collaborate with other departments, including game design, art, programming, and product management, to ensure that production aligns with the project goals and business objectives.
Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within scope.
Implement and enforce production processes, methodologies, and best practices to optimize development efficiency and ensure the highest quality standards.
Manage risks and contingencies, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues and roadblocks.
Foster a culture of crossfunctional collaboration, transparency, and open communication within the production team and across the organization.
Continuously improve production processes and workflows through feedback, retrospectives, and performance metrics.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners, such as outsourcing vendors, to ensure the timely delivery of all game assets, including 3D models, animations, textures, and levels.
