Minimum 1 year experience as a Project Manager in a website development company.
Experience managing a team of 5-10 members across multiple projects.
Proficiency in Laravel or Yii2 frameworks; knowledge of Python and ReactJs is a plus.
Good understanding of front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.

Deliver projects and products using the appropriate agile project management methodology, learning & iterating frequently
Understand client requirements, deliver products in intermediate steps and maintain the products flexibility.
Conduct reviews to assess project outcomes and to identify and capture lessons learned to enable continuous improvement. Contribute to the provision of documentation for new or improved processes, products and services and to ensure that good practice is disseminated throughout the organization
Work with the Product Owners to define the roadmap for any given product and verify the User stories written down by Product Owners.
Lead the collaborative, dynamic planning process prioritizing the work that needs to be done against the capacity and capability of the team

Candidate Profile
Min 1 year experience working as a Project Manager for a website development company
Should have experience in managing a team size of 510 members working on multiple projects
Indepth experience in Laravel or Yii2 (Experience in Python and ReactJs will be an added advantage)
Good understanding of frontend technologies including, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
Experience in providing presentations to clients, leading technical calls with clients
Experience in assigning, scheduling, training, reviewing, and monitoring project works to ensure that progress is within expected guidelines and is completed on time and within budget
