Roles & Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with the developmentVendor team
  • Ability to prepare BRD, interpret flowcharts, stepbystep action plans, and User Manuals
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
  • Manage and review the quality of work
  • Define the scope of the project in collaboration with internal teams

    • Candidate Profile
      • Min 3 months experience working in a web development company as Project Coordinator
      • Knowledge in project management, from conception to delivery
      • An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and stepbystep action plans
      • Strong clientfacing and teamwork skills
      • Coordinate with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives
      • Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
      • Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve
      • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
      • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
      • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports
      • Malayalees preferred
