Duties and Responsibilities:Responsible for generating revenue through MortgageHome LoanLAPPLBL sales.
Generating business through DSA Channel partnerDeveloperConnectors & Open Market.
Handle the Builders Architects Contractors Chartered Accountants to generate business.
Devise and implement a customer acquisition and retention program.
Ensure a high level of customer service.
Participate actively in sales planning to generate action plans for meeting targets
Responsible for achieving teambranch business targets.
Ensuring that each employee is productive each month.
Achieve high employee satisfaction and retention of good performers.
