Your mission: Work handinhand with the Account Executive to develop the French market by feeding the sales pipeline with qualified leads you generate.
Main Responsibilities
80% Hunting Outbound:
Multichannel prospecting: Identify, qualify, and engage decisionmakers (CEOs) within wholesalerssuppliers (food service mass retail sectors).
Coldcalling & active listening: Make 60 to 80 calls per day to create first commercial touches, generate interest, and build trust by leveraging the company’s strong international references.
Conversion to meetings: Understand the challenges of qualified prospects and lead them to book meetingsdemos with the Account Executive, who will be responsible for closing the deals.
Followup monitoring & reporting: Ensure thorough followup of your prospecting activities in the CRM (HubSpot), track prospect progress through the funnel, and ensure they receive the right information at the right time to optimize conversion.
20% Lead Generation Sales Strategy & Brand Awareness in the French Market:
Collaborate with the marketing and tech teams on lead generation campaigns and tools.
Keep CRM data (HubSpot) up to date and enriched.
Proactively suggest improvements to sales processes.
Contribute on LinkedIn and participate in industry events to continue building the companys visibility in the French market.

Profil
About You:
Native french or perfectly fluent in french
You have at least 3 years of experience in sales complex sales cycles in a B2B environment (ideally SaaS or HubSpotRevOpsGrowth Sales agencies).
You are not afraid of cold calling and know how to pitch in a way that builds trust and sparks genuine interest from your prospects.
You are proficient in HubSpot or similar CRM (Salesforce, Active Campaign, Pipedrive, etc.) and have a strong interest in Growth Sales, process analysis, and optimization.
You have an intrapreneurial mindset: curious, resourceful, you ask questions and seek out the expertise of your peers to keep growing.
You have excellent interpersonal skills and know how to rally teams, prospects, and clients around you.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Bonus: experience in the transport or supply chain sector.
