Job description

We’re seeking a motivated, coachable, and goaloriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate qualified leads and book appointments with business decisionmakers. This is a critical frontline role in growing our customer base and helping employers provide essential healthcare solutions to their workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn touches to small and midsized employers across targeted industries (e.g., hospitality, food service, staffing, gig, retail).

  • Educate HR leaders and business owners on the value of ONHEALTH plans and secure introductory sales meetings for our Account Executives.

  • Manage lead activity using our CRM and follow up consistently to drive pipeline growth.

  • Research companies, identify key contacts, and develop outreach strategies.

  • Achieve and exceed weekly outreach and meetingsetting goals.

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to refine messaging and optimize conversion.
