We’re seeking a motivated, coachable, and goaloriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate qualified leads and book appointments with business decisionmakers. This is a critical frontline role in growing our customer base and helping employers provide essential healthcare solutions to their workforce.
Make outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn touches to small and midsized employers across targeted industries (e.g., hospitality, food service, staffing, gig, retail).
Educate HR leaders and business owners on the value of ONHEALTH plans and secure introductory sales meetings for our Account Executives.
Manage lead activity using our CRM and follow up consistently to drive pipeline growth.
Research companies, identify key contacts, and develop outreach strategies.
Achieve and exceed weekly outreach and meetingsetting goals.
Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to refine messaging and optimize conversion.
