Were looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) with 3+ years of experience at a highgrowth startup to generate new business opportunities. As the first point of contact for potential customers, youll play a key role in fueling our clients growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying leads for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Research, identify, and qualify potential customers through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.

  • Sales Outreach: Engage directly with decisionmakers to introduce our client’s cuttingedge SaaS solutions and secure highvalue sales meetings.

  • Pipeline Management: Keep CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) updated, manage a strong sales pipeline, and track performance metrics.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and provide market insights.

  • PerformanceDriven: Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas in a fastpaced, resultsoriented environment.

    • Qualifications
      • Ideally 3+ years of SDR experience at a venturefunded startup.

      • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in the B2B SaaS space.

      • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical decisionmakers.

      • Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot, with a datadriven mindset.
