Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Were looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) with 3+ years of experience at a highgrowth startup to generate new business opportunities. As the first point of contact for potential customers, youll play a key role in fueling our clients growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying leads for the sales team.
Lead Generation: Research, identify, and qualify potential customers through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
Sales Outreach: Engage directly with decisionmakers to introduce our client’s cuttingedge SaaS solutions and secure highvalue sales meetings.
Pipeline Management: Keep CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) updated, manage a strong sales pipeline, and track performance metrics.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and provide market insights.
PerformanceDriven: Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas in a fastpaced, resultsoriented environment.
Ideally 3+ years of SDR experience at a venturefunded startup.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in the B2B SaaS space.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical decisionmakers.
Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot, with a datadriven mindset.
High level of selfmotivation and ability to thrive in a fastmoving environment.
