Job description

We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Team Lead to join our Sales department. This position is specifically open to candidates who are proficient in Telugu language. As a Team Lead, you will play a critical role in leading and guiding our sales team to achieve targets, drive revenue growth, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success in achieving individual and team sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue and meet company objectives.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and generate reports to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings to communicate targets, track progress, and motivate team members.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with overall company goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to enhance sales opportunities and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and product development.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to resolve any issues or inquiries from clients.
  • Stay uptodate with industry developments and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement within the sales team.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, sales processes, and ethical standards.
