Call, email, and message inbound leads from Seek
and other platforms
Qualify prospects and identify their business
needs
Book and conduct initial consultation calls
Present value proposition and close deals
Follow up and nurture leads through the sales
pipeline
Contribute ideas and refine sales strategies
with leadership

Proven ability to generate qualified leads
Experience working with Australian companies (Including strong communication skills that align with Australian business culture)
Ability to work independently and manage their own workload effectively
A confident communicator who builds rapport quickly and
handles objections with ease
Sales-driven with a passion for closing deals and hitting targets
Organised and proactive with strong follow-up skills
Target-oriented and thrives in a performance-based role
Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRMs, emails, and sales software
Experience in sales, business development, or customer service
