Job description

Talentwelove is the fastestgrowing HR startup in Romania, and the first fully digitalized Talent Acquisition Partner, which is also available at a global level. Our solutions cover endtoend talent acquisition for small, medium, and very large businesses.

Our client is a wellestablished player in the RegTech space, developing technology solutions used by financial institutions all across Europe to do their regulatory filings.

Responsibilities
• Develop the requested requirements following the agreed procedures & conventions;
• Play an advising role in the creation of software designs and perform followup of other SW development and test task within your experience scope;
• Perform an intake and acceptance on SW development tasks and describeadapt the technical design for the development tasks;
• Execute the quality procedures on SW development and deliver highquality components with regard to SW layout, performance, output, and usability;
• Give support on developed software and software within your knowledge domain;
• Take up responsibility for in the development of SW & unit tests;
• Perform followup on validation test for the developed software;
• Maintainadapt SW documentation and artifacts.

Requirements
• BSMS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years exp and good knowledge of Java 8 API
• Good knowledge of JavaEE 7
• Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns
• Handson experience with major webapplication servers (WebSphere, WildFlyJBossAS)
• Experience with Maven
• Experience with JUnit
• Database modeling and handson experience with Oracle andor Microsoft SQL Server
• Experience in working in an Agile way (SCRUM)
• Team player with good communication skills (written and oral)
• Cando mentality, while acting as a continual improvement role model
• Fluent in English
