Job description

Talentwelove is the fastestgrowing HR startup in Romania, and the first fully digitalized Talent Acquisition Partner, which is also available at a global level. Our solutions cover endtoend talent acquisition for small, medium, and very large businesses.

The Company

What do we do and what you’ll do? Create, adapt, test, maintain, document, and deploy custom websites online shops, and mobile apps for our Clients.
How do we do it and how you’ll do it? We start with an idea or with a requirement. We discuss it (analysis), we debate it (analysis) and we choose the best approach considering multiple aspects, we start to code (create, adapt, maintain), we test our
code, we fight with bugs (we always win), we document it, and the final stage – we deploy it to customer’s Live environment. Oh! Not to forget about deadlines… they are part of our life and we must observe them.

The Role

CreateImplement websites and mobile applications;
Product development and optimization;
Analyze business requirements, understand project requirements and solution design;
Test and document own solutions and integration with 3rd party applications;
UAT support;
Installation in production environment and postgolive support;

You

3+ years of experience with PHP.
Knowledge in Open Source applications: Prestashop, WordPress.
Experience using JavaScript and any frontend framework. (React, Vue, Angular, etc.)
Experience with version control tools such as Git.Strong analytical and problemsolving skills;
Ability to translate business requirements into code.
Ability to identify the needs of product optimization and development.
Positive attitude and enthusiasm
Ability to work under pressure and working to tight deadlines
Ability to handle full development life cycle, including the equirement gatheringanalysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and support.
