Preferably from Home Loan or insurance background.
Minimum 1 year of experience in inbound customer service or voice process roles.

Lead and manage the operations team in a BPO environment.
Monitor and achieve KPIs like AHT, Shrinkage, Attrition, Occupancy, NPS, CSAT, and DSAT.
Ensure team performance meets targets and manage team dynamics.

Team Leader Need someone who has banking Exp as Team Leader + Graduate. Candidate should be preferably from Home Loan or insurance background. Salary up to 4.20 LPA
Candidate should have Inbound customer service, ecommerce process or any voice process background knowledge in BPO and working as a Team Leader Lead in Operations department on papers for minimum 1 Year.
Should have Handson experience in Team management and KPIs like AHT, Shrinkage, Attrition, Occupancy, Rostering, NPSCsat and Dsat calculations.
Should have managed Team and worked towards bottom quartile.
